Live Kiosk Links — One Per Business
The kiosk URL is what you show on a QR code or tablet at the business. Anyone can open it — no login needed.
Readiness Check
✅Auth & data isolation — Cookies locked to .recordreward.com. Every DB query filters by userId membership. Clients only see their own org.
✅Onboarding flow tested (July 5) — All 6 flows verified: owner sign-in, create org, kiosk, wallet, redeem, client invite. Kyle approved.
✅Kiosk rate limiting — 30-day per-customer limit enforced on backend. Prevents one person from spamming coupons.
✅Video upload & coupon email — R2 upload + Resend coupon email working on all orgs.
⚠️Client dashboard view — When you invite a client, they land on the dashboard as a "member" (limited permissions). Test the invite flow for each new client before their first event.
ℹ️Staff mode not built yet — Ashley at Salus asked about staff video content. That mode is designed but not in code yet. Not a launch blocker.

Readiness Check
✅Auth — OTP login via noreply@eventmediakit.com. 30-day JWT sessions. Tested at Chamber staff training July 14.
✅Chamber templates — 4 event types (ribbon cutting, luncheon, BAH, banquet) with auto-filled roles + questions. Works for the July 22 ribbon cutting.
✅Download package — ZIP of all photos + recordings + story HTML. Clients can download the full content package from the Deliver tab.
✅Subject interview canvas fix — Logo burns in correctly. Camera stays alive between questions. Tested on iOS + desktop.
⚠️Kiosk URL is per-event, not permanent — You create the event first, then share the kiosk link. For ribbon cuttings, create the event the morning of and test the kiosk before guests arrive.
⚠️New client onboarding — New orgs must be created manually by you via the Clients admin page. Confirm new client org type (chamber/wedding/venue/corporate) when you set them up — it affects routing and templates.
MSS is a service, not a self-serve SaaS. You set everything up. Clients don't get a login — they get Maya answering their calls and a chatbot on their site.
